Janeicia was a member of the 2015 Advertising Team at Loyola University. Her team competed in the National Student Advertising Competition and achieved 2nd place. Pizza Hut was the client and their goal was to increase digital sales by the end of 2015. Janeicia’s team created a strategic campaign to support their media buys and humorous ads. Janeicia took on a creative role and produced, directed and edited the commercial.
Here is a short documentary Janeicia created about an R&B group named Mulherin. She created this documentary while doing a documentary film internship with America Media (2014). During this internship she learned a variety of valuable documentary film techniques.
Mulherin is an R&B group of twin brothers from Memphis, Tennessee named Marshall and Parker Mulherin. They are different in style, but partners in music. The brothers were inspired by the culture and creativity of New Orleans as well as the numerous gifted students studying music industry at Loyola University of New Orleans. This environment urged and encouraged them to carry out this dream. This documentary will show some of their endeavors as well as reveal who they are as people. It will show the progress they have made in the New Orleans music industry and how that’s translated to the fans.
